The new Pecom JobsBoard has been updated.

The Pecom JobsBoard has been running for many years, where we selected some of the best jobs from the various jobsboards in the marketplace and presented them to you on a static jobsboard. In January 2009 we launched the New Pecom JobsBoard.

For Job Seekers

Job Search

You can search the JobsBoard via the usual Keyword, Job type and Location criteria, as well as by Category of Job (e.g. IT - General, IT- Software, Professional Services, FM etc. ). This provides a simple and straight forward purchasing specific filter that is not available on other sites.

Profile and CV Management

We have improved the functionality and efficiency of the Profile and CV Management control panel, to include:

• CV Upload in many formats (.doc, .rtf, .pdf, .txt, .html, etc.)
• Synopsis - Upto 3000 characters about you that recruiters can view before downloading your uploaded CV
• Your Job Requirements - Type (Contract/Perm), Job Categories, Locations, Salary/Rate
• Key Skills - You can enter upto 5 Key Skills which are optimised in Recruiters searches

Saved Job Searches and Email Alerts

You can save up to 10 specific job searches to save time when returning to search for jobs. These searches can also be carried out automatically on your behalf, with the resulting jobs emailed to you on a daily basis.

Manange your Applications and Wish List

Any jobs that you apply for will be saved in your profile, along with details of the applications, so that you may monitior the jobs you have applied for. You may also add jobs to your Job Wish List to review and apply for later.

CV Search

You may elect to make you CV searchable by Recruiters, who subscribe to the CV Database Search Service. You can allow all of your details to be viewed by prospective Recruiters, or hide your personal details, so that they can contact you to let you know about a role, without revealing your identity at that stage.

For Recruiters

Pecom is able to offer the following services to Recruiters:

• Job Posting of Vacancies and management of Vacancies and Applications
• Premium Job Advertisement Placement in Featured Jobs or Top Jobs
• Advertise your Company and link to all of your Jobs posted on the JobsBoard pages
• CV Database Search
• Free Placement of Profile of your Company with contact details
• Advertise your Company on the main Pecom Site, with a link to your own website

Additional Recruiter Services

Featured Jobs

You may Post a Job as a Featured Job, by selecting this option when posting a job. This option places the job on the "Featured Jobs" section on the Pecom Jobsboard Home Page. Each Featured Job will use double the credits for the period of posting (e.g. 7 Days will use 2 Credits, 30 Days will use 6 Credits).

Featured Recruiter

Your Company may elect to become a Featured Recruiter, which enables your Company Logo to appear in the right hand side column on the Jobsite pages, with a link to all jobs posted by your Company, a Specific Job, your Web Site, any other external URL.

Top Jobs

If you would like any of your postings to be placed in the "Top Jobs" section of the Main Pecom Home Page please contact us for rates and availability or see Advertising on the Main Pecom Home Page.

CV Database Search

Candidates will be required to register their CV with Pecom prior to applying for any job, they may also register their CV and details to receive Job Alerts for any jobs posted, that meet their defined requirements and to allow their CV and job requirements to be searched by Recruiters.

This service will be provided on a chargeable basis, but for an initial period it will be free of charge to any Recruiter signing up to an Advanced Order of 50 Credits or more.

Introductory Offer

Reduced Job Posting Rates are offered on an introductory basis and are subject to our terms & conditions and subject to online payment or payment being received within 10 working days of date of invoice. Full details are available on our Advertising Rate Card.
